The Domino Effect

This great and wonderful event took place about two weeks ago with Jordan and Rachel, they like to come over and play games...Dominoes being the game of choice, after a couple or rounds of chicken foot we moved on to bigger and better things! Lke how many dominoes can you balance on your nose?

July 8 at the OBX and Leah's Bday

This was our planned day in town...but first we took a walk on the beach, it was a perfect beach day

Then we drove into Nags Head for some putt-putt

Followed by dinner at Carolina Seafood and then back to the bch hse for ice cream cake

While you were sleeping

After a morning on the beach and lunch, naps seemed to be a good idea....which some of us took, and the girls decided to give them selves manicures and pedicures, needless to say we got a little bored and painted the boys toe nails, while they were sleeping! We could only get one of David's feet at a time, we had to wait for him to turn over to get the other foot!

4th July

This is the first year that we have spent 4th July at the beach house. We are here for the whole week and thus far the weather has been perfect!

Jenny and David fixed our 4th July dinner, all American hot dogs and burgers!

and of course we had watermelon

Followed by Jennys aswesome cake

Our day ended on Pennys hill where we watched the fireworks we could see for miles and their were firework displays all around us

So who will he look like?

Its official I can talk, proclaim shout it from the rooftops our 11th grandchild is on the way!
Brian and Nicole are having a baby, their first and its a boy! So who do you think it will look like? Here are two pics of Brian and two of Nicole...

Fathers Day

I know I am a little late with this one, but I have been having a difficult time uploading photos, but we had a wonderful day...Salmon, roasted potatos, salad and just celebrating the Dad's in our lives! Ryan loved playing with Grandpa in the pool.
